How'd ya take off those green outlines and make the animation work "perfectly"? D: My blinking eyes are defective and I suck at Photoshop ruler (i don't even know what it is) soo... H-Hope you can help me out. ;w;

ok, the green outline shows up because you used either the eraser or brush around the outside. This usually creates a kind of blur/half transparent effect which is why the green shows through. You have to have a hard solid line around the outside of your elements. you can use the pencil tool or square things off using the select tool.

What do you mean by defective? like the order is off on the blinks or the blink appears on the wrong part of the image?

As for the ruler, if you send me a basic image of your flele and an idea where you want the buttons I can do that for you if you wish.
